Fixture Type
Fixture type water-cooled transformers are ideal for multi-spot welding fixtures. Designed to have industry standard RWMA staggered secondary lugs, 3/8 – 16 studs for primary voltage connection, multiple selections for frequencies and secondary voltages, with primary access on five sides, over temperature thermoswitch and 1/4 – 18 NPT water connections. The size and capability of our Fixture Transformer units can be designed to meet your application’s requirements. Our standard Fixture type transformers feature:
- KVA Range: 25 KVA – 200 KVA (rated at 50% duty cycle)
- Primary Voltages:
- 400 Volts, 50Hz
- 480 Volts, 60Hz
- 575 Volts, 60Hz
- Fully encapsulated to ensure long life
- Optional accessories:
- Secondary Parallel Bar Kit
- Secondary Series Bar Kit
- Grounding Reactors
- Available remotely mounted Switchgear / Tap Switch

Machine Type
Machine water-cooled transformers are ideal for press, seam, rocker arm, cross wire and other welding applications. Available in various frequencies and secondary voltages. Size and capability of our Machine Transformers can be designed to meet your application’s requirements. Our standard Machine Type transformers feature:
- KVA Range: 20 KVA – 500 KVA (rated at 50% duty cycle)
- RWMA standard machine pad sizes and hole spacing
- Primary Voltages:
- 480 Volts, 60Hz (7 – 1/4″ x 9 – 1/4″ and 7 – 3/4″ x 10 – 1/4″ only)
- 575 Volts, 60Hz
- Fully encapsulated to ensure long life
- Optional accessories:
- Available remotely mounted Switchgear / Tap Switch
- Over-temperature thermoswitches

Lightweight water-cooled inverter power supplies are ideal for robotic welding applications. Secondary current exceeds 500K amps, which can aid in the production of large projection welds. Available in various frequencies and secondary voltages. The size and capability of our MFDC units can be designed to meet your application’s requirements. Our Standard MFDC/Inverter Power Supplies feature:
- KVA Range: 7 – 1,500 KVA
- Primary Volts: 325 – 800 Volts
- Frequency Range: 400 – 2,000 Hz
- Size: Rectifier capacity from size 1-48
